There are defective product or mistakes by the company. (Exchanges / AS)

Please apply for AS through the Q&A board within 7 days from the received date.

When returning, all items must be delivered as new unused items, we will guide you through the return process.

In order to estimate the extent of damage to the doll, we need to know your order number and detailed photos.

In the case of free AS, we will bear the returning shipping cost.

In some cases, cost for the return or exchange is charged to the customer.

A/S may be difficult for some items depending on the condition of the molds.

The free A/S delivery fee is borne by macrondolls, and the paid A/S delivery fee is borne by the customer.
